Latest news : such has been the positive reaction to the diary of our Swedish travels that we have now officially published the full colour version of the diary with full sized colour photographs in an A4 format.

Extras, not included on the web site, include full statistical details of matches attended and reviews of the Grand Prix.

And so the tour has ended and the hard work really begins – capturing in words and images all that we learned on our 6 day, 1700 kilometre journey around speedway tracks in central Sweden.

In 6 days we managed: an Elite League match in Vetlanda; a Division 3 match in Linkopping; an Alvenskan meeting in Gislaved; a GP practice and a GP in Malilla; and a three team junior tournament back in Gislaved.

The whole of this tome will try to capture what we saw and felt about our experiences in Sweden and may, if I can get my head around it, address some of the questions that we need to ask about our sport and its future in the UK.
